How is the teaching in B.A stream ?..Is it pure English or kannada mix ?? Is teaching level high ??

Hello shital,
If you are talking about BA English honours then with no doubts the English language will suprass all other languages. The teaching will definitely be of higher level. While if you are concerned about any other subject the it can be a mixed of Hindi, English and Kannada.
