How is TIFR for integrated MSc-PhD in chemistry? Is it better than IISc and IIT?

Hello,

TIFR because in tifr there is world class facilities to do research .
In TIFR many students who are pursuing their post doc from MIT or Stanford told the Labs in TIFR are comparable to their foreign labs.
And faculty also familiar to the students.

TIFR is good for integrated MSc-PhD in chemistry but the thing I cannot say that it is as good as an IIT or IISc .Every college has its own standard but its infrastructure cannot cross IITs
