University School of Chemical Technology (USCT) was established in 1998. It is the only institution dedicated to Chemical Technology except IIT Delhi in Delhi-NCR region. The school was formed to provide higher level of education in the field of chemical science. The programme being offered by the school is based on the pattern of I.I.T.'s and other national and international institutions of repute.

On the other hand,  DTU is one of the best engineering institution in the country and Environmental engineering has also a good scope,  There are many job opportunities after environmental engineering.

DTU is a better college than USCT, but You should choose the branch as per your interest. Your branch should be your priority because both the colleges are good in their respective terms.
