Hello Anurag Singh,
If your intention is to be in Mysore then VVCE is a good option but I've heard NIEIT is good too(from friends). Coming to the studies part, there are experts as well as novice. But the main thing is you'll get the feeling of being in primary school.
They are very strict as we were treated in our school days. If you don't do anything which they say, you'll be penalised.
Coming to the placements part, it all depends on your performance. That is how you score, your percentage, your communication skills and all sort of things required by the company. The maximum pay is around 4.5 LACS p.a, at least what I've heard in my department (EEE). Most of them will be IT companies and pool campus drives.
.
You can't really expect Google or Microsoft to come and hire you.
As of my knowledge good companies like:-
Will come here for campus placements, with average 4lakh per annum.
As vvce is growing in rapid rate from past few years, there is no surprise if Google or Microsoft visit Vvce in future.
