Hello aspirant,
I was in the same dilemma last year while giving CBSE Improvement examination.
Eligibility for JEE Main -
B.Tech/B.E - 75% marks in class 12 or equivalent exam must be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 examination. For SC/ ST, the eligibility is to obtain a minimum of 65% marks in class 12 or equivalent.
B.Arch/B.Planning - Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with a minimum 50% aggregate marks .
Since You are appearing for improvement exam , the highest individual mark of each subject from both marksheet will be used to check whether you are fulfilling the eligibility criteria or not.
Hope this was helpful.
