how josaa set the cutoff of top 20% ile of each board! this year topper of bseb is 86.2% so what may be expected top 20%ile cut off

The top 20 percentile is not set by Josaa as it is set by the particular board. Also, below formula is used for the same -

Percentile = no. of student have marks lesser than you / total no. of students appeared in the exam X 100

As the session is over and official percentile is already out which you can check below -
