How josaa verify that the given obc ncl certificate is valid or not? Is there any online procedure of this or just the signature and stamp of DM

Dear Anish,
OBC category have a reservation and OBC-NCL (non creamy layer) is entitled to certain benefits. The candidate is required to produce certain proofs and sometimes the annual income proof is asked to produce. The signature and stamp of the DM is enough for the verification process.
