Well, once the 2nd round of counseling is complete, you are supposed to choose an option out of the four choices available to you. The first choice is getting admissions in the allotted college during the counseling round. Second and third choices are about taking part in next, ie third round of seat allotment and the fourth one is surrendering the allotted seat withdrawing your counseling. So, it depends on your interests how you want to continue with the counseling.
