Hey Khusboo !
For AIQ Students, the language barrier continues maximum for a period of 2-3 months. Trust me.
Within this period, most of the outsider students get to know about the local words required at the least in order to lead the normal life.
And since Stanley Medical College is in South, English will always be a common language to communicate in the classes.
But learning the local language would be important because once you start visiting wards, the rural patients won't understand English and hence better to communicate in Local Language.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck !

Ty joydeep!but i m very confused ... am i adopted there environment,language.... within 2ya3month??and secondly i said that what are any partiality between north medical student and sounth medical student ??
Greetings Khusboo !
Yeah, you can get accustomed to the environment and a language (although not fluent) to a great extent, you would even have local friends to help you out.
Nope, there isn't partiality seen as such in medical colleges on the basis of the regions from which students belong.

Dear Khushboo, to start off Stanley Medical College is one of the top Medical Colleges of Tamilnadu. If you have been able to secure a seat there, then breaking the language barrier will be a child's play for you. Remember, 15 out of 100 seats go to All India Quota which means there are 14 others along with you who come from the same mind space as you. So you can connect easily and make acquaintances. You have 5 and 1/2 years of time to learn Tamil and feel home. The medium of instruction will be English but the language spoken in Tamilnadu will be Tamil and English. So you can make it. With everything being within a click of a phone, you can learn the language by learning daily used words through Google first and slowly by listening to people talking around you. First it might sound difficult but for a girl who made it to one of the Top Medical Colleges despite the heavy competition, language is just going to be a minor hurdle. We are sure you will be able to manage this as well. There is no discrimination between a South Indian or a North Indian. Its all in the mindset.
