It was something of a very rare case. Generally it never happens , the seats are well filled within 1000. Last year maybe many people didnt turn up for 3rd or open sounselling ! So it went such high

For OBC Category in order to fill in the reserved seats the guy who secured 5590 AIR is the last OBC candidate to join in AIIMS delhi.But for UR it ended by 52nd rank though only 50 seats were available
