NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical Colleges across India. So if you want to study MBBS,you need to appear for NEET. To be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC, SC, ST. Niw MBBS is a 50 month course and post that you need to complete 1 year mandatory internship. After that you need to do your MD/MS in Cardiology. That is a 3 year course. Depending on what you are studying right now, it is 8-9 years journey to become a Cardiologist.
