You just have only two attempts to appear for IISER aptitude test and that too consecutively .First attempt is in the year of completion of 12th where as second attempt in the immediate next year.And for detail information about this test , important dates and for more go through the link provided :

Hello mukul,
You can only write iiser twice in the lifetime that too only consecutively. The minimum eligibility criteria are 10+2, and you can not write this exam after two years of completion of your 10+2. Hence, you just have two attemptsfor this exam.
