As per new rule, you can attempt maximum 3 times starting from 2017. That means if you appeared in 2017, it is considered as your first attempt.

You have ONLY 3 ATTEMPTS for appearing for NEET-UG examination.
This has come to effect from 2017.
So if you've already appeared in 2017 once, you've already exhausted one attempt of yours.

Hey hi,
As per the last year guidelines, only 3 attempts will be allowed for a candidate.
But the attempts in AIPMEE will not counted in this.
