For the NDA exam, applicants must be between the ages of 16.5 and 19.5 years old. The candidate's birth date cannot be later than July 1, 2007, nor can it be earlier than July 2, 2004.
Now as your date of birth is 24 October 2007, you are not eligible to give NDA exam.
