Greetings.
So far, an aspirant can give 3 attempts in JEE main examination. Though the matter of extending it to 4 attempts is brought up recently. If that gets an approval, then one can give 4 attempts for JEE main examination.

However form 2019, NTA shall conduct jee Mains twice. A year so maximum attempts can be increeased and hence official notifications shall be soon made.
