There is no attempt limit in neet examination, also there's no upper age limit for neet examination so you can appear for neet examination as number of times as you want.
But , neet examination is conducted only once in a year and that also in the month of May .So, if you are asking about neet 2020 , then you can appear only once for the neet examination in the year 2020 .

- To be eligible for Neet 2020 you need to be at least 17 years old by December 31st, 2020 .
- You should get at least 50 % aggregate in pcb in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.
- There's no upper age limit for neet 2020.
- There's no attempt limit for neet examination.
- Students appearing for Class 12 th boards in 2020 are also eligible for neet 2020.
- Nios, private students are also eligible for neet 2020.
NEET examination pattern is given below :-
- Neet exam comprises180 multiple choice questions , 45 questions from Physics, 45 questions from Chemistry and 90 questions from Biology.
- You will be awarded 4 marks for each correct answer while 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
