Dear Sandeep, NTA hasn't released the official Answer key yet. And the ones that have been released are done by prestigious Institutions. Having said that, NTA is the examination conducting authority of NEET and only its official Answer key will bear any weightage. And unless NTA releases its official Answer key, nothing about bonus marks is concrete. So we would suggest you to wait until the official Answer key has been released.

I think there was no bonus in NEET 2019 as I check a lot of answer keys from many prestigious institution.
