The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will release the KCET 2021 seat allotment dates soon at kea.kar.nic.in. KCET seat allotment shall be done on the basis of choices filled in by the candidates, their performance in KCET and availability of seats in the institute so opted for. the authorities are yet to announce the official schedule for the KCET counselling.
If the candidates are satisfied with the institute allotted, they will proceed with admission and if not, they will continue with the next round of KCET 2021 seat allotment.
First Choice - Acceptance of Seat: In such a case where the candidate is satisfied with the seat allotted and wants to take admission in the institute, choice 1 has to be selected. Hi aspirant,
Initially you will be alloted a single seat based upon the choices filled and the rank scored in KCET. The candidates are required to select the colleges and courses in the order of preferences. After locking the list of preferences, a seat will be allocated which you can accept and use it as provisional admission letter in that particular college. However if you are not satisfied with the with initially alloted seat, wait for end of four rounds and see if you are upgraded to a higher preference.
Hope it helps!!
