Birla Institute of Technology (BITS) is one of the best private colleges in India and many companies visit every year to recruit students. Although exact number varies from year to year, here is the common list of companies:
HIGHEST PACKAGE OFFERED (INTERNATIONAL) : Rs 60 lakhs per annum
HIGHEST PACKAGE OFFERED (DOMESTIC) : Rs 35 lakhs per annum
AVERAGE PACKAGE OFFERED : Rs 11.47 lakhs per annum

Many good companies came for the placements,so it is difficult to tell the exact number.
A lot depends on which all companies are coming for placements. It is difficult to predict the exact package, though according to sources ,the annual package ranges from anywhere between Rs 4 lakh to Rs 22 lakh.
Amazon might offer you a better package as compared to a TCS. Companies like Paypal, HSBC tend to pay a good amount.
Having said that a lot depends on your CGPA and how well you perform in the interview.
Moreover, it is not necessary that if the company is offering you Rs 22 lakh per annum, then you get everything in hand. A substantial portion of the salary that is being offered could be in the form of the variables also.
