First, the candidate needs to meet the eligibility criteria required in order to get admission in the MSB Mysore. Then, candidates are evaluated on the basis of past academic records by MSB Mysore which carries a 25% weightage on the admission decisions. Further, the candidates must appear in the entrance examination such as CAT, XAT, GMAT, GRE, NMAT , CMAT, MAT , and ATMA that is required for admission into the PGDM  course. On qualifying with an academic profile and entrance test scores, applicants are offered a one-page case on a ‘business model’ depending on the programme of choice. Applicants are expected to submit their understanding and analysis as a presentation, which is followed by a case analysis interview.
