how many courses are there in fine arts
Students interested in the performing or visual arts may choose to enter into a fine arts program. It is an attractive Bachelor's course (bachelor's of fine art). The programs offered can vary quite a bit, and the different concentrations include photography, painting, sculpture, theater, voice and dance.
All candidates who have cleared Standard XII in any stream from a recognised board meet Bachelor of Fine Arts eligibility criteria. Although there is usually no other set criteria but some universities/ colleges may also demand a minimum percentage (usually 50 – 60%) that candidates need to secure in Class 12 th to get admission in BFA course.
Apart from this, preference at the time of admission is sometimes given to candidates who have studied Arts/ Humanities in Class 12 th and have some basic knowledge of the Fine Arts subject which they are looking to pursue.
