How many days does the cbse regional office take to respond to the improvement confirmation page one has sent.. as it has been a while

Sorry to inform you but you will not be receiving any confirmation message that your documents have reached the regional office.
You just need to send the documents to the regional office and start preparing for your exams right away.

Thanks Ma'am, but some of the students I know, they've got a stamped paper when they submitted the docs. that's why I was waiting for it.
P.s. - Currently I am in Patna & and I had to send the required documents to Allahabad, but my friends were made to send (those) to Patna.
