See there is no any fixed time which is taken by NTA to verify your application form and approve the changes but if you have mentioned all details correctly and your images are as per the specifications given below then your NEET 2021 Application form will definitely be approved :-
-->> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),
-->> Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format),
-->> Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format),
-->> Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and
-->> Postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).
