There are three exams. NEETS, AIMS AND JIPMER.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be conducting NEET 2018 tentatively in the first week of May 2018. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2018 is conducted annually to provide admissions to eligible candidates into the medical and dental institutes across the nation. Registrations for NEET 2018 will commence tentatively from the last week of January 2018 in online mode. All interested candidates will have to fill and submit the application form tentatively by the first week of March 2018. NEET 2018 admit card will be available for registered candidates tentatively from the third week of April 2018. The conducting authorities will be accepting applications from only eligible candidates. NEET 2018 will be held in offline mode and the candidates will be required to qualify the examination to participate in the counselling session. The common counsellingconducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will allot eligible candidates into the 15% All India Quota seats. For admissions into the remaining 85% State Quota seats, the respective states will conduct their own common counselling. In the previous year,NEETreceived 11,38,890 registrations for admissions into 90,000 MBBS and BDS seats.

The exam conducting authority, Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry has declared the exam pattern of JIPMER MBBS 2017. Candidates who applied for JIPMER MBBS 2017, which was conducted on June 4, 2017 could go through the exam pattern of JIPMER MBBS 2017 as mentioned below. The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, will conduct the entrance exam ofAIIMS MBBSon May 27, 2018. Aspirants interested in appearing for the AIIMS MBBS 2018 entrance exam will be able to apply for 707 seats across seven different AIIMS institutions. AIIMS New Delhi will offer 107 seats, while the other AIIMS institutions located in Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh will each offer 100 seats. The entrance exam of AIIMS MBBS 2018 will be held in online mode, as a Computer Based Test (CBT) in two slots morning and evening. Both slots of the exam will take place for a duration of 3 hours and 30 minutes and the AIIMS MBBS 2018 candidates will have to appear as per the slot allotted to them. Along with NEET and JIPMER, AIIMS MBBS is one among Indias three medical entrance exams at the undergraduate level.

Apart from NEET-UG entrance examination, you can also appear for AIIMS-UG entrance and JIPMER-UG entrance.
All other government institutions like AFMC, BHU, AMU have begun considering NEET-UG scores for counseling procedures.
Due to the recent changes, MBBS there is a single entrance for all the colleges which are affiliated under MCI.
There is no state UG exam and National UG exam.
Now there is only one exam which is called national eligibility entrance test (NEET)
It is only exam and based on the score you will be getting national rank and state rank which helps you good into the university.
Generally this exam happens on the 2nd week of may.

NEET - Through NEET you can take admission in 15% quota government seats, State quota seats and private and deemed colleges as well.
It is expected that application form will start from last week of January 2018
AIIMS- AIIMS will be conducted on 27th May 2018.
