Gen-EWS/SC/ ST/OBC(NCL)/ PwD candidates are required to upload original certificate as per prescribed formats issued by the competent authority of their respective State. A total of 81,413 candidates have registered under EWS category as per JEE Main 2020 registration data, which resulted in a decline of nearly 90,000 registration under the Open Category.
