Duration of Civil Engineering Course is 4 years (8 semesters), Full Time.
Fee structure totally depends on the college applied. It varies from college to college.
For Private college- Approx Rs. 70,000 to 1,50,000 per annum.

In government colleges, Course fee doesn't include tuition fee so overall fees are around 1500 to 2500.

In self financed colleges fee structure include tuition fee over library and other fees so In goes up to 70000 to 150000 per annum. It is not fixed, it varies from college to college.

Ankit the fee structure for civil engineering differs from college to college and moreover the engineering colleges charge the fee per semester or per academic year. However in IIT's and NIT's the tuition fee will be around 4-6 lakhs. And in private colleges it may change slightly depending up on the college.
