Since you haven't mentioned the name college/university, I am answering your query on the assumption that you mean Postgraduate Entrance Test (PET) conducted by BHU, kindly correct me in the comment section if wrong.
Application Processing Fee/Entrance Test fee for M.Sc. Mathematics is Rs.300( for SC/ST/PWD) and Rs.600 for others.
Upon admission, the revised fee for M.Sc. Mathematics is Rs. 6720 for the first year.
