As per MHRD, 20% reservation is done for females for exam and admission. But it's not same as it may differ that that number of candidats are available or not. So, it not fixed like that. It differs year to year.
14% reservation is for Girls in IITs.

As you will be knowing that The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has declared the JEE Advanced results on June 14 at 10 am.
Moreover IIT Roorkee has released the results of 1.75 lakh candidates.
And out of the total 38,705 candidates who have qualified/cleared the JEE Advanced 2019 exam, 5,356 are female candidates.
The candidate who topped the list of female rankers is Shabnam Sahay of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, securing the 10th rank.
Shabnam Sahay of Ahmedabad, Gujarat is the top-ranked female with Common Rank List (CRL) 10 and she obtained 308 marks out of 372 marks.
