How many Free seats in MCA? &what the process to get free seat? &how much percentage we get in degree?

i would like to say there is no free seat called as where you need pay them a tution as per the college norms while there are colleges where if your UG score and entrance test is quite good they give scholarships, while in general for MCA the minimum on aprroximate would be 6 CGPA in degree while it would be varried from college to college
