Correct Answer: Seven

Solution : The correct answer is Seven .

The Indian Constitution initially recognised seven fundamental rights. Currently, the Indian Constitution includes six fundamental rights. Articles 12 through 35 of Part III of the Constitution guarantee six fundamental rights to every citizen. The Constitution initially guaranteed seven rights in total. The property right was removed from the 44th Amendment (1978 A.D.) and replaced with a legal right (300A).
