Hello,

When it comes to career in teaching field there are two options, based on class 12th qualification you can do Diploma in Elementary Education JBT, or alike, eligibility criteria varies among colleges, for General Category candidates it's passed 10+2 from a recognized board with 50% or above aggregate, similarly for BEd its eligibility criteria is passed Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with 50% or above from a recognized University for General Category candidates,

Hi Deepak,

There is no criteria like you should get this much percentage to be eligible for teaching. A student who got 40% in boards may teach better than those who got even more than 95%.

See, if you have the passion of teaching than do it, nothing can stop you from that. If you are wanted to be on the safer side like you can pursue B.Ed or any other related course then 75% would be more than sufficient.

Feel free to ask doubts in the Comment Section.

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!
