There are a total of six government medical colleges in Jodhpur. They are:

AIIMS Jodhpur: All India Institute of Medical Sciences;

DSR RAU Jodhpur: Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University;

Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital, Udaipur (GMCH);

IIT Jodhpur: Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur; and

SNMC Jodhpur: Dr Sampurnanand Medical College, Jodhpur .
