Different states have different cutoffs for the same category, hence if you tell us the state to which you belong to, it would be a bit easier to answer your question.
Generally, a score of around 400 should be able to get a seat in a government college. But this is just a rough estimation. A lot depends on your state if you want to opt for colleges in your state.
