Hello Meher,
First of all, there is no FREE Government Medical Colleges Seat present in India. You have to pay the Tuition Fees of some amount which is decided by the respective College authorities. But yes, Tuition Fees may be very less like within 10K to 20K, but no Government Medical College gives a Seat for Free. So, please remove your misconceptions of that.
Next coming up to the study routine, the aspirant who wants to give NEET examination has to prepare for it in such a way that if any questions comes in the exam he will be at least able to know what he has to do with it. See, no. of hours for each and every student differs. It's all depends on the student's capacity. However, an ideal student must devote at least 6 - 7 hours daily for his self preparation leaving the coaching hours . Also, study manner should be correct. Then, only one can do his or her best in the exam.
