how many hours does an assistant professor of sociology have to remain in college in an autonomous degree college i.e vaze college compulsorily everyday

Hi,
Well usually the working hours are like normal that is from 9 to 5 in the evening but since most of the professors have their post doctoral work going on and research work going on, they might stay in the college or lab for as long as they wish and have work to do. But official hours usually is between 9 to 5.
