generally working hours in BPO's or in Call Center's is not more than 9 hours per day. But these are the private limited companies and they are having their reserved rules and regulations which may vary company to company. Generally if you work more than 9 hours a day then surely you can file application to your accounts department of your office for the bonus of extra working hours
The pay differes from place to place it generally is in range of 5000-50,000 per month
