As such there is no fixed hours to study, to be able to ace the NEET examination. What is required to successfully qualify the NEET examination is that you should have a punctual and determined approach towards the exam.
You should prepare a time table by which you can maximize your study and follow it strictly. Even if you study 10-12 hours daily giving equal time to the three subjects, you will fulfil your dream of making it to top medical college.

It totally varies from person to person but yeah the number of hours is not something to be considered to clear NEET. Patience, Consistency and Hard work(also smart work) does matters more to clear any competitive exams like NEET-UG, JEE, etc.
During the first 18 months of your preparation : Try to study at least 6–8 hours efficiently. In holidays, it can extend upto 10–12 hours.
During the last 6 months of your preparation : Try to study at least 10–12 hours efficiently.
During the last 2 months of your preparation : Try to study at least 12–14 hours efficiently.
