For getting a call from IIMs, your CAT percentile should be very impressive.

Your highesr secondary marks must be 50 percent if you are a general category student.(45 percent for sc/St/OBC/PWD categories).

For IIMs they just check the graduation percentage to appear for CAT exam.

But if you appear for CAT exam and clear the exam with good percentile. At that time your academics matter alot to receive the calls

There are certain percentage to certain points of 12th like

More than 80% 15 points

75 to 80 %. 12 points

70 to 75%. 9 points

65 to 70% 6 points

60 to 65% 3 points

Below 60% 0 points



To receive the calls from IIM 1 points is also matters alot.

You need atleast 60 to 70% in 12th to get a call from IIM.

As you know you should complete degree for eligibility for CAT.

And without CAT there is no entry in IIM.

And CAT is the entrance test for MBA.

.

And you need 50% in degree.

I have heard that CAT needs 95+ students to get admission in IIM.
