They provide quesion paper in selected language+english(compulsory).Neet is conducted in 11 languages.Candidates can select languages from English,Hindi,Urdu in all the centers.However if you have chosen any  vernacular language,your centre will be alloted accordingly.

If you choose language other than english then the question paper provided will have both languages i,e english and also the selected language by you.

If you select English as the medium of your question paper then your Neet examination question paper will be in English only

If one selects any language other than English as the medium for his or her NEET examination then he or she gets the neet question paper in both the language i.e selected by him or her and English.

If you  select hindi as the medium of your neet question paper then you will get your question paper in both hindi and English
