To get government seat in mbbs is very tough if you are from general category as you need to score above 650 marks in order to fetch the govt mbbs college.If you want to join govt college in other state then you need to score 650+ if you want to fetch seat in your state then you can get around 620 for which you need to work very hard and sincerely

You didn't mentioned your category, state and the college you aspire to get admission in. In general you should try to have 630+ marks in NEET for state quota and 650+ for AIQ. You should work hard to achieve this since to achieve such a score is tough.
