hi sumit, it all depends on what category you belong to and what reservation you have, whether you are SC or ST or OBC and all these factors , but i would suggest that aim for 160 plus, its high , i know but absolutely doable , so aim for it,

See the admission to aiims Delhi or any of the college does not depends on the marks it is wholly based on the all india rank you obtain in the examination see if your ranks is inside 100 in aiims examination you are Damn sure of getting admission there so look for the ranks and not for the marks ok.
