Hi, In order to answer your question, you need to provide more details regarding your domicile state, you are looking only for government medical college or both government and private medical college . To give you general a general idea, getting admission in MBBS depends on number of colleges in your domicile state, lesser number of colleges means lesser seats which leads to more competition, so you'll need more marks when there are fewer colleges in your state. Although seats are reserved for BC-E category students but the number of students competing decides the marks and rank. Second factor is government or private college. Since fees in private medical college is higher than government college the number of students competing for private college decreases so you'll need less marks to get seat in private college compared to the marks required to get seat in government college.
So in order to help you further you need to provide details regarding your Domicile state and whether you are looking for both private and government or just government
