It varies from year to year. The official cut off for this session will be released shortly. As per last year, individual cut off was 6 in each paper and 45 marks overall. The 2019 paper was of nearly the same level i.e. of moderate level. So, you can see the trend going same as the last year.

You should be vary of the fact that there is no fixed data or trend in JEE-ADVANCED as such.
It depends on the difficulty level of the paper entirely so it cannot be predicted like that of JEE Mains.
But to be adjacent you won't need more that 20% of the total marks for a PWD candidate.
