Dear aspirant
The score you need to get admissions into NITs depends upon your reservation category the branch of your choice and the NIT you want to study in.Your home state NIT would give you home state reservation thereby increasing your chance of getting admission.Any score above 180 is a good score for an OBC category person.
But to be safe try to score above 200 plus. All the best...
hello gowtham......
to get an admission in nit you have to get atleast 75% above marks in the 12th board conducted by the perspective board exam as you belongs to obc category you have the reservation and it is not difficult task for you to score and for a obc student to get a seat in nit you should score more than 180 then you will be in a safe side and also there is a possibility of getting a seat in top ranked nit
i hope this information is helpful
all the best.
