Computer Sc. Engineering is one of the most growing Engineering Discipline in the world. If you want to study CSE BTech and that too in IIT or NIT, you have to score minimum marks defined as CutOffs. You have to necessarily meet those criteria to get eligible for applying in IIT or NIT. Otherwise, you will have less chance. The authorities of JoSAA will prepare cutoffs following certain influential factories because of which marks vary from category to streams.
