hello aspirant......
to get a seat in nit college you have to get atleast 75%above in 12th class conducted by the respective board exam and to get seat in top 10 nit on the basis of new pattern of jee main 2020 you have to score more than 340 marks if you have any reservations then you can score more than 300 or 270 marks in jee main paper so according to that you can prepare for your exam
i hope this information is helpful
all the best.
For having seat in core stream of top NITs you need to score 99+ percentile and for non core you need 98+ percentile in general category. For getting such rank you need to score marks 180+ and 150+ for core and non core stream respectively.Above prediction is based on previous year JEE MAINS TRENDS
Ask if any query
Hello,
for the marks part i will say 90-95% of total marks. for percentile even you score 98 you won't be able to get into NIT if your rank is above 3K.
Whatever the pattern be for the coming year, percentile calculation and rank calculation is same. They will take scores and do the percentile.
for example:- if total marks is 100 and you scored 95 and with score 96-100 there are 4000 candidates then your rank will be 40001 only. which means you can't join NIT. you have to get a rank below 3K atleast if you want to join top NIT.
JEE Main is a top competitive exam and more hardest too. so prepare accordingly and practice numerous number of numericals.
Hope it helps!
