The admission of 15% quota seats will be through AIPVT Counselling on the basis of NEET score & rest 85% quota seats admission will be through Karnataka state level exam.
It would be tough to provide you the cutoff or rank as officilly there is no any information about it so I would suggest you to wait till it officially announced.
