B.H.M.S is a 5-year undergraduate program which can be pursued after completion of 10+2 with 50% marks in aggregate. One needs to appear for NEET to get a government college. For NEET qualification, it is mandatory to score 44th percentile. While for admission into a reputed government college, you need to score over 520 under the state quota while over 600 for all india quota.

Hope your exam went well and you are expecting good marks. First you have to qualify NEET for admission in any course. In order to qualify in NEET 2018 to become eligible for further counselling/admission process, you need to score marks equivalent to at least 50th percentile. However, in case you belong to OBC/SC/ST category, you will need to aim for marks equivalent to 40th percentile in NEET 2018.
It is not possible to give exact numbers as cut off changes every year due to various factors but i'll suggest you to aim high, you need to score 300 and more at least. Datas may change as the result is not out. Hope the information helps you.
