The admission of 15% quota seats will be through AIPVT counselling on the basis of NEET Score and rest of the seats admission will be through State entrance Exam. It would be tough to tell you about the cutoff marks as officially it is not available, You can check the colleges participating 15% quota seats for BVSC with the number of seats from the below link.
