Seats for govt medical college fill up very fast and the competition is very tough. You must have a score of 460+ to be on the safer side of getting a govt medical college. Though the cutoff varies from state to state and college to college nothing could be said with complete surety. But a score of 460+ would be safe for a obc candidate
